Hard Services Jobs
Hard Services Facilities Managers are responsible for managing Engineering and Building Services for Commercial Buildings.
Hard services jobs require experience and responsibility for:
- Planned Maintenance (PPM’s) and reactive maintenance
- Contract and Project Management
- Budget control and management
- Statutory legislation and building requirements
Meeting the challenges of hard services jobs
Candidates will also be expected to work in demanding environments and will have to be very customer focused with strong communications skills and an ability to either work in a team or manage staff.
Qualifications vary from City and Guilds, HND/C, or a degree in a Building Services, or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
