Air Conditioning Jobs

Air conditioning jobs typically involve carrying out maintenance, service and repair on all types of air conditioning plants.

Candidates will normally have an applicable apprenticeship and possess comprehensive working experience in an air conditioning environment. A continuous history of employment within the Air Conditioning industry and a clean driving license are desirable.

You must be able to demonstrate a proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of air conditioning systems and plants. The ability to develop and be part of a team is important as is time management.  Client-facing skills are also critical as you will need to build long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Salaries are dependent on experience - in many cases, you will be offered a company car, performance related bonus, company mobile phone, uniform, fuel card as well as a good holiday entitlement.

Relevant NVQ/C&G certificates are needed, for example NVQ 3 Complex Refrigeration & Air conditioning Systems, Certificate in Handling Refrigerants and membership of I.O.R. Service Engineers
